Soul Center Event this Sunday, August 10th... and...10 Year Soul Center Anniversary Event on September 21st!

Hello all:) We will have an event this Sunday at our house from 3-6!

We will have a magic show.....performed by a magician who opened up for the Merv Griffin show:).....his name is Tom and he is incredible!!!

And if the weather is right, anyone that wants to swim......can swim!

*Can't wait!*

AND.....
The Soul Center 10 year Anniversary Party is on September 21st, at our house, from 3-6! We will have BIG fun, games and a bonfire!

Our address is 6469 Brantford Rd. in Dayton. About 20 minutes from Beavercreek! Just a hop, skip and a jump!!!:)

About Us

Soul Center is a non-profit organization where people of all abilities (with and without disabilities) can share their time and talents.

Conceived and founded by Karen Morgan-Kennard, a former special education teacher, the Soul Center provides social and community service opportunities to people age 14 and older. She envisioned an organization where young people with and without disabilities could come together to learn from each other, gain life skills, share good times and give back to their community. Soul Center began in July 2004 and has steadily gained momentum building strong friendships and partnerships in the community. Time, talent and monetary contributions are the lifeblood of this organization which enriches the lives of so many young people.

Currently, events are held one Sunday a month from 3-6pm. Interactive social activities, pizza (or another meal) and a community service project are normally the focus. Approximately 30 people attend each event.
